oXben Deck is a browser-based DJ simulator and synthesizer. It features a programmable drum machine with a step sequencer, a synthesizer for shaping oscillator waveforms with filter and envelope controls, and real-time audio effects including reverb and delay — all powered by the Web Audio API with no plugins required.
Deck is intended for music producers, beatmakers, and anyone curious about electronic music production. Patterns can be built from scratch in seconds and played back in real time. Every sound is generated natively in the browser, so the tool works completely offline once the page is loaded.
Do I need a MIDI controller or external hardware?
No. oXben Deck generates all sounds internally using the Web Audio API. Everything is controlled with mouse and keyboard — no external hardware or plugins required.
Can I export or save my beat patterns?
You can copy the pattern state as a shareable link. Audio export is not currently supported, but the tool is intended for live experimentation and learning rather than production recording.
What browsers are supported?
oXben Deck works best in modern Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave) and Firefox. The Web Audio API is fully supported in all current desktop browsers. Mobile support is limited due to audio policy restrictions on some platforms.
