TelMe Terms of Use

These Terms of Use contain the terms of use between TelMe's website and application (hereinafter referred to as "TelMe") and all individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as "USER").

Difference from Other Applications and Working Style:

teLme is not like other similar applications, it is not possible for us to share all our usage and prompts with you, but we list the titles of some of the methods we use while responding to you with teLme below: Consulting Wisdom Interpreting the person's relationship status and other information Numerology Calculation Biyorthm Calculation Season Calculation Daily Rituals and Moon Phases Personal Timing Recommendations In short, there is no application similar to teLme, these techniques and more are a kind of acquired character that is structured by focusing on the user's question and logically executing when and where necessary.

1. Acceptance of Terms

USERS, by utilizing the services offered on TelMe or by accessing the site or application in any way, agree to:

USERS are deemed to have accepted any changes made to these Terms of Use by TelMe in advance.

2. Scope of Services and Responsibility

The fortune-telling content on the TelMe site and application is produced entirely for entertainment purposes and does not contain any truth. The content provided by the commentators may be misleading and therefore not suitable for children and those with mental disabilities. It is recommended that users under the age of 18 do not use the TelMe site and application. Users under the age of 18 can consult their parents about which sites and applications they can use.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the TelMe site and application is subject to the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, and all intellectual and industrial rights and all copyrights related to the content belong to us. The structure and content of this site and application, and all visual materials used on the site, are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the Turkish Penal Code. No text on the TelMe site and application may be altered, copied, reproduced, translated into another language, republished, uploaded to another computer, posted, transmitted, presented, or distributed without prior permission and without citing the source. No part of it may be used without permission on another website or application without citing the source.

4. User Registration and Information Security

To be a TelMe USER, it is mandatory to download the application and fill out the user information form completely and accurately. USERS unconditionally accept and declare the accuracy of the information transmitted with this form. TelMe respects the personality and privacy rights of all USERS. Except for the reasons specified below and upon the request of judicial authorities, TelMe undertakes not to provide personal information to any institution or organization. TelMe accepts no responsibility for any consequences that may arise from malicious persons obtaining and misusing USER information as a result of attacks on the database.

5. Copyrights and Content Responsibility

All usage and software will not violate copyright and work rights. All liability for any copyright and human rights violations arising from the content added by USERS belongs to the users. Therefore, it is not possible to appeal to TelMe. TelMe and the USER are legally completely independent parties. There is no partnership and/or employer/employee relationship between these two independent parties.

6. Compliance with Laws and Prohibited Content

No information that violates laws and general moral principles or attacks personal identities can be written while requesting or making comments. All responsibility for the written information belongs to the USER. If TelMe entries are used as a tool for an act considered a crime according to the laws and if a request arises from legal authorities, the information about the users will be provided to the necessary places. USERS cannot post or transmit any illegal, threatening, disturbing, insulting, defamatory, offensive, pornographic, propaganda content, or immoral information through the interactive areas on the site or application. USERS are responsible for the content they publish and share on the TelMe site and application in accordance with the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 dated 26/9/2004 and all other laws:

7. User Responsibility and Privacy

All responsibility for friendships and relationships established through TelMe belongs entirely to the USERS. TelMe recommends that all visitors exercise maximum caution in disclosing their personal information and not share it. TelMe is not responsible for what USERS write in the interactive areas on the site and does not have to share the opinions expressed there. TelMe reserves the right to remove content added by USERS from the site and application without stating any reason. USERS cannot send or transmit any information, software, or material with commercial purposes or advertisements on the TelMe site and application. They cannot make any requests for purchasing or selling products or engage in advertising activities with other USERS. They cannot provide bank account information, phone numbers, or email addresses. USERS cannot post or transmit any information, software, or material adapted from any material protected by copyright, trademark rights, or other property rights without the permission of the owner or the person holding the rights. TelMe is not responsible for any damages that may arise from unauthorized access to USER data (e.g., the USER sharing their information with others, not logging out when leaving the site, forgetting the application open in a public place, or theft of the phone). TelMe is not responsible for the behavior of any USER. Under no circumstances is TelMe responsible for any results (loss, damage, harm, death, etc.) arising from the use of the site and application, its content, or the communication and interaction between USERS, whether online or offline.

8. Content and Comment Policy

TelMe is not responsible for any comments made on fortunes on the site and application as they are entirely hypothetical and do not contain any truth. It is strictly forbidden to make any propaganda against human values, laws, and the state, institutions, and organizations, or individuals in the writings. TelMe reserves the right to refuse service without any reason to USERS who have been detected with inappropriate content and problems without refunding the comment credits or fees used for commenting.

The services covered under this agreement do not entail any liability for TelMe regarding the use of responses generated by GPT. The responses are produced based on the prompts created by the user and interpreted according to GPT's generation rules. The process of interpreting prompts and generating responses by GPT operates entirely within this framework.

9. Service Terms and Membership Changes

TelMe may turn its services that do not require membership into a situation that requires membership over time, open additional services, partially or completely change its services, terminate them temporarily or permanently, make them chargeable, and/or change the fee amount.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

TelMe may collect anonymous usage information on the application or website, as well as device location and network usage data, without violating the privacy of USERS, to improve service quality. TelMe may use this anonymous information in statistical and performance evaluations, annual reports, and similar reports, and for marketing campaigns of TelMe and its business partners and for marketing data services of mobile operators. This information may be processed and transmitted to business partners for the necessary duration to achieve these purposes. The use of this information will be subject to the Privacy Policy of this agreement. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.

11. Membership Cancellation and Service Changes

TelMe reserves the right to cancel the membership of any USER, change or cancel the form of service provided, and keep the canceled membership information without stating any reason. TelMe reserves the right to refuse service to USERS detected with inappropriate content and problems without refunding the comment credits or fees used for commenting.

12. Modification of Terms of Use

TelMe reserves the right to unilaterally change or amend these Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices USERS have regarding their information. USER information will be kept in our custody and will not be shared with any other medium.

1. Collected Information

When you install the TelMe application on your mobile device, the following information is collected:

This information is not personal information and can never be personalized. Personal information such as the name, date of birth, gender, and relationship status you enter while using the TelMe application is also recorded and stored by us.

2. Use of Collected Information

We use the collected information to create clustered anonymous data to understand internet connection experience and network quality during certain times, locations, and device activities, and to market data services and application services explained in the usage conditions. We use your personal information entered while using the TelMe application to prepare the services offered by the TelMe application.

3. Use of Clustered Information

We may use anonymous statistical or clustered information to improve your internet connection experience, for commercial and statistical purposes, and to create new services and features and to improve the quality of the service. This anonymous statistical or clustered information may be used with business partners or third parties. This information may also contain USERS' personal information.

4. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data of TelMe USERS may be processed and stored within the scope and duration necessary for the purposes specified in the TelMe Application Usage Terms, in accordance with the principles of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, upon the USERS' consent to the use of their personal information.

5. Opting Out (Withdrawal from Data Sharing)

USERS can withdraw from sharing their personal data by deleting their account. In this case, no personal information other than the information necessary for the services provided by the TelMe application will be obtained from you.

6. Account Deletion Procedure

Personal data owners can delete their accounts and the information they provided to use the application by pressing the 'Delete My Account' button in the 'Settings' section on the 'My Profile' screen on mobile phones with Android and iOS operating systems. If they encounter any problems, they can send their requests to delete their information to customer service through the 'Contact Us' section in profile settings.

7. Who Can Access Personal Information

Any personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any company, organization, or individuals outside the company. Only TelMe and its business partners who provide the services specified above will have access to this information.

8. Retention of Data

The information obtained from your device is stored securely on cloud servers in an anonymized form. This information may be reviewed, stored, and disclosed to the competent authorities in accordance with laws upon requests from legislative and executive bodies and authorities or court/prosecution orders.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The privacy policy may change. All changes will be updated on this Privacy Policy page, and the date of change will be indicated at the top of the page. Therefore, you can be sure that this page is up to date.

This agreement consists of 12 articles and 9 articles of the privacy policy, totaling 21 articles, and in case of any dispute regarding the agreement, the Courts of Ankara / TURKEY are authorized. The USER will become a party by accepting the agreement.
